If you are returning your rental vehicle to the SeaTac Rental Car Facility outside of our standard operating hours (6:00 AM to 11:00 PM), please follow this 24/7 key-drop procedure to ensure a seamless process. First, navigate to the designated Rental Car Return zone located on the ground floor of the consolidated parking structure. Ensure the vehicle is parked neatly within the marked 'Rental Return' stall to avoid obstructing other travelers. Once the engine is turned off and the vehicle is locked, retrieve the keys. Proceed to the secure After-Hours Key Drop Box, which is located directly opposite the main rental counter entrance on the same floor. Place your keys securely into the padded slot. For your protection and insurance purposes, we strongly recommend taking a photograph of the vehicle's exterior and the fuel gauge, as well as a photo of the keys inside the drop box, before leaving. Our staff will process your return within 24 hours of the drop, and a final receipt will be sent to your registered email address.
