24/7 Shuttle Access
All rental car companies operate at our separate facility. Shuttles are free and run continuously.
From the Terminal (Arrivals)
- Proceed to the lower drive on the Baggage Claim level.
- Exit the sliding doors at either the North End (near Alaska Airlines, Carousel #1) or South End (near international airlines, Carousel #15).
- Wait at the designated Rental Car Shuttle bus stop.
- The ride takes approximately 5-7 minutes.
Return to Terminal (Departures)
- Shuttles pick up outside the customer service counters.
- Board either a dedicated North or South terminal bus depending on your airline.
- You will be dropped off on the lower drive outside baggage claim.
Wheelchair Services: Shuttles have ramps and 1 wheelchair spot per bus. Inform the driver if you need assistance upon drop-off, and they will contact Prospect for an assistant.

From Downtown Seattle (via I-5)
Take I-5 South to exit 154B/SR 518 West. Follow signs for Rental Car Return to International Blvd / SR 99 South. Keep right for the entrance.
From Burien / West Seattle
Take SR 509 South to the SR 518 exit. Take Air Cargo Rd exit, turn right on S 170th St, right on Air Cargo Rd, then right on S 160th St. Enter on the left.
From Tacoma (via I-5)
Take I-5 North to exit 154A/SR 518 West. Follow signs for Rental Car Return to SR 99 South. Enter on the right.
From Bellevue (via I-405)
Take I-405 South, merge with SR 518 West toward Burien. Follow signs for Rental Car Return to SR 99 South. Enter on the right.
