How to Get from SEA Terminal to the Rental Car Facility

After you collect your bags at Sea-Tac International Airport, follow the signs to Ground Transportation. The Ground Transportation level is accessible via elevators or escalators on the south side of each baggage claim carousel.

Step 1: Find the Rental Car Shuttle Sign

All consolidated rental car agencies are served by the same shuttle fleet. Look for bright yellow signage reading Rental Car Shuttle. The stop is on the lower level, outside Doors 00 through 10 (South Satellite) and 22 through 48 (Main Terminal).

Step 2: Board the Shuttle

Shuttles run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with intervals of approximately 5–8 minutes during peak hours and 12–15 minutes overnight. No ticket is required — just board and show your reservation confirmation to the driver.

Step 3: Arrive at the Rental Car Facility

The drive takes approximately 7 minutes. You will be dropped off directly at the agency level of the 23-acre LEED Silver facility. All 12 authorized agencies operate from the same building.

Off-Peak Arrivals: If you land between 10 PM and 5 AM, shuttles still run but on a reduced schedule. Budget 15–20 minutes for your first shuttle.
