Proceed to the official Alamo after-hours key drop box, which is clearly marked and located near the return area elevators. Drop your keys into the secure slot. Under no circumstances should you lock the keys inside the vehicle, as this will result in a lockout fee of at least $150. 00 and significantly delay the official check-in process. Please note that your rental record will be automatically updated the following morning at approximately 6:00 AM when the facility reopens and staff retrieve the keys.
