How do I navigate from the rental car shuttle drop-off to the airline ticketing counters or the main parking garage?

When returning your rental vehicle at the SeaTac Rental Car Facility, the complimentary shuttle bus will transport you back to the main terminal, a journey that typically takes approximately 5 minutes depending on traffic. The shuttle will drop you off at the Ground Transportation level (Arrivals) directly at Door 00. Upon exiting the shuttle, you will find yourself on the lower level of the terminal. To reach the airline ticketing counters, proceed to the nearest elevator or staircase and ascend exactly one floor up to the Departures level (also known as the Ticketing level). Once you exit the elevator, the ticketing counters for all major airlines are clearly visible and spread out along the length of the terminal. If your destination is the main parking garage instead, you will need to access the skybridge. From the Arrivals level, take the elevator or escalator up to the 4th floor of the terminal. Here, you will find two enclosed, climate-controlled skybridges that span across the arrivals and departures roadways, connecting directly into the 4th floor of the 8-story main parking garage. The walk across the skybridge is roughly 300 feet and is well-lit, providing safe pedestrian access away from the heavy vehicular traffic below. Follow the overhead signage pointing towards 'Parking Garage' to guide your path seamlessly.
