What is the National Emerald Club counter bypass flow at the SeaTac Rental Car Facility?

When you arrive at the SeaTac Rental Car Facility via the dedicated blue and green shuttle buses from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, you will be dropped off at the main entrance on the 2nd floor. At the exit booth, present your driver's license and credit card to the attendant, who will process your rental agreement in under 3 minutes.
