When arriving via the dedicated airport rental car shuttles, passengers are dropped off directly on Level 5. This level serves as the primary hub for all customer service counters, where representatives from over 8 different rental agencies are stationed to process your reservation, handle paperwork, and issue keys. After completing your transaction on Level 5, you will proceed to the designated parking areas on the same floor to locate and retrieve your rental vehicle. When it is time to return your vehicle, you will enter the facility on Level 3. This level is strictly dedicated to vehicle returns and features clearly marked lanes for each specific rental company. Once you have parked and completed the return inspection on Level 3, you can easily access the shuttle bus waiting area located just outside the returns area. Shuttles depart approximately every 5 minutes, ensuring a quick and efficient transit back to the SeaTac Airport terminal, which is roughly 2 miles away.
