The SeaTac Airport operates a unified, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week shuttle service connecting the main airport terminal directly to the consolidated Rental Car Facility (RCF). This dedicated fleet of blue and white shuttle buses runs continuously, ensuring passengers experience minimal wait times. During peak travel hours, shuttles arrive approximately every 5 minutes, while during off-peak late-night hours, the frequency adjusts to roughly every 10 minutes. The transit time between the terminal and the RCF is approximately 5 to 8 minutes depending on traffic conditions on the airport loop. For departing passengers heading to the RCF, shuttle pick-up occurs on the Arrivals level (Baggage Claim) curbside at Door 1 (positions 1 through 6) and Door 8 (positions 1 through 6). Clear signage is posted at each stall. For returning travelers, shuttles pick up directly from the designated plaza outside the Rental Car Facility at 3150 S 160th St, SeaTac, WA 98188, and drop off on the Departures level curbside for easy terminal access.
