Upon arriving at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and collecting your luggage on the Baggage Claim level, you must make your way to either the North or South end of the terminal to access the free 24/7 Rental Car Facility (RCF) shuttles. Clear signage overhead will direct you to the designated shuttle stops. The distinctive green and yellow shuttle buses operate continuously around the clock, typically arriving every 5 to 10 minutes depending on passenger volume and traffic conditions. Once aboard, the short drive to the dedicated Rental Car Facility takes approximately 5 minutes. Upon arrival at the RCF, all rental car counters and vehicle pickup areas are conveniently located on the 5th floor. When you have completed your rental transaction and are ready to return to the airport terminal, simply proceed back to the 5th floor shuttle boarding area. The return shuttle stop is clearly marked near the main entrance of the facility. Board the shuttle indicating 'Airport Terminal' and it will transport you directly back to the SeaTac Baggage Claim level, dropping passengers off at the exact same North and South end locations where they were initially picked up.
